half day summer camp on vacation

A rec for a certain kind of chill vacation. We enrolled our kids in a camp that it'd be tough for them to do where we live (sailing camp!) for just a one week session. We booked an Airbnb walking distance from camp drop off and got 3 hours to ourselves to do things the kids would not enjoy (vintage shopping, art galleries, long walks). They made friends!
